Measurements: 3 Pieces: 34" x 32", 34" x 35", 34" x 35" 

Condition: Good. Previously seamed cotton. Selvage is almost completely. There is one 5" rip on one selvage from the seam about 1/4" from the edge. Another 1" rip about 1/4" from another side of selvage. Nothing that will interfere with sewing.
